Privacy Policy
This policy explains what GameDev Compliance collects during Early Access and how that information is used. Effective July 16, 2026.
Information we collect
When you request an assessment, we collect the website URL you submit. Your email address is optional for assessments and required only when you join the early-access list. We may also record a broad referral source, such as direct, Google, Reddit, or community, along with the assessment-methodology version and submission time.
How we use information
- To understand demand for gaming website risk assessment.
- To prepare and, when an email is provided, deliver an early risk snapshot.
- To improve our risk methodology, report design, and product priorities.
- To send early-access updates when you explicitly join the waitlist.
What we do not collect
We do not require user accounts, payment details, website credentials, or access to private website systems. Submitting a public URL does not authorize us to access restricted content.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure providers to operate the site and store submissions. We retain validation data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, and product research.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information connected to your email by contacting hello@gamedev-compliance.com. You may also ask to stop receiving early-access updates at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy as the validation product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
