These terms govern use of the GameDev Compliance Early Access website and free assessment request. Effective July 16, 2026.
Validation product
GameDev Compliance is an early validation product. Features, methodology, response times, and availability may change as we learn from users. The site is not a final SaaS product and does not provide continuous monitoring unless explicitly stated in a future service.
Assessment scope
Assessments evaluate selected public risk signals using an AI-assisted methodology. Results are early, informational snapshots and may be incomplete, uncertain, or affected by changes to your website and third-party platforms.
No legal or performance guarantee
GameDev Compliance is not a law firm, legal service, SEO performance guarantee, or substitute for professional advice. We do not promise to identify every risk, prevent search penalties, avoid infringement claims, or improve revenue or traffic.
Your submissions
You may submit only websites you own, operate, advise, or are otherwise authorized to evaluate. Do not submit private credentials, confidential data, unlawful content, or personal information belonging to others.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious URLs, or use assessment output to misrepresent legal compliance or certification.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis for validation. To the extent permitted by law, GameDev Compliance is not liable for decisions, losses, or damages resulting from reliance on an early assessment.
